William Dean provide three different types of support contracts.
     
    • Ad-hoc
    • This allows customers to use our services for site visits in much the same way as a plumber or electrician, to either fix a fault, install hardware or software, or any other 'one off' IT related issue.
    • Time is charged by the hour at a premium rate.
    • Telephone and Remote Connection support is not available under this option.

    • Pre-Paid
    • Pre-Paid allows the customer to buy a block of time 'up front'. The larger the amount, the lower the hourly rate.
    • This time can be used for site visits, telephone support, or remote support where one of our engineers connects to the customers network to resolve issues.
    • This can lead to considerable savings as all site visits are charged at a minimum one hour, while remote support is charged in 15 minute blocks.
    • Customers can also have their servers set up to post health reports back to WDC allowing us to fix issues before they become problems.
    • Hours purchased only expire if not used for three years.

    • Monthly Budget
    • This option is only offered to customers who have have a Pre-Paid contract for two years or more.
    • A monthly average of usage is negotiated and a direct debit is set up at a preferential hourly rate.
